Hartefeld National Golf Course, designed by Tom Fazio, is located 45 minutes from Philadelphia and 20 minutes from Wilmington, DE in beautiful Southern Chester County, PA. In addition to a fantastic golf course, Hartefeld boasts a world class practice facility that includes a range with 6 bunkered target greens, a huge pitching green that is the same speed as the golf course greens with bunkers, and a 100 yard and in wedge range. Simply put, you can improve every aspect of your game at Hartefeld. Of course, that’s why I’ve relocated here. While the golf club is private, the Golf Academy is open to all golfers. Private lessons, group lessons, clinics, and golf schools are run throughout the season. I consider on-course instruction a critical part of any instruction program and do my best to get every student out there doing the right thing on the course.

About John Dunigan

PGA Certified Master Teaching Professional, John Dunigan, has 20 years of teaching experience. His students are golfers of all levels, from beginner to professional, and have competed at all levels including the USGA, IJGA, NCAA Division I, the European PGA Tour and The Ryder Cup. His study of the physics of golf, the Swing Plane Concept and the learning process has resulted in a revolutionary approach to instruction that simplifies the most complex motion in all sports.

He has authored two books, Essential Golf, and The Secret of the Golf Swing, both of which has sold all over the world. His keen eye for precise error detection and solution results in his students’ immediate improvement. His approach to helping students according to the manner in which they process information results in clear communication from the start.
